• £10 per hour per person - your cleaning materials
  
• £14 per hour per person - we provide them

Time Taken to clean

To ensure a thorough clean to a high standard we recommend that you are always in attendence to provide guidance on what you want cleaned. House sizes vary but typically as a guide and with your guidance:

• 1 Bedroom flat requires 8 man hours
  
• 2 Bedroom flat requires 9 man hours
  
• 3 Bedroom flat requires 10 man hours
  
• 2 Bedroom house requires 12 man hours
  
• 3 bedroom house requires 14 man hours
